Turner Realty Founded

Gaye Turner establishes Turner Realty with a commitment to excellence and client-focused service. Starting with a single office, the brokerage quickly earns a reputation for integrity and results.

2007

Royal LePage Affiliation

Turner Realty joins the Royal LePage franchise, gaining access to Canada's largest real estate brand and its extensive resources, training, and technology platforms.

2014

Acquisition & Leadership Transition

Gaye and Mike Turner acquire the brokerage outright. Mike, who earned his licence in 2009 and spent years learning the business from the ground up, brings renewed energy and strategic vision to the growing operation.

2017–Present

Chairman's Club Top 1%

Turner Realty achieves and maintains Royal LePage's highest distinction, placing it in the top 1% of Royal LePage brokerages in Canada for production, excellence, and leadership.

Mike Turner Becomes Broker of Record

Mike assumes the Broker of Record role, leading the brokerage into its next chapter of growth. Under his leadership, Turner Realty earns multiple national awards including A.E. LePage Brokerage of the Year — East Coast and Best in Tech.

Expansion to St. John's

Mike grew up in the business — literally. After earning his licence in 2009, he spent years in the field before co-acquiring the brokerage with his mother Gaye in 2014. As Broker of Record since 2022, Mike leads a Chairman's Club Top 1% brokerage — twice named A.E. LePage Brokerage of the Year for the East Coast and a three-time Best in Tech recipient.
