What the Client Experience Looks Like

  1. First Conversation 30 minutes, no pressure. Coffee, phone, or video. We learn what you actually want and figure out whether we're the right fit for you.
  2. Plan & Strategy For sellers: pricing analysis, marketing plan, timeline. For buyers: pre-approval intro, search criteria, neighbourhood priorities.
  3. Active Engagement Weekly check-ins minimum, often more. Real updates, not "everything's fine!" emails. You always know where things stand.
  4. Negotiation We do the hard conversations so you don't have to. Strategy on price, conditions, and closing terms.
  5. Closing & Beyond Coordinating with your lawyer and lender, handling the moving parts, making sure nothing falls through the cracks. After closing, we're still your real estate person — for years.
