What the Client Experience Looks Like
- First Conversation 30 minutes, no pressure. Coffee, phone, or video. We learn what you actually want and figure out whether we're the right fit for you.
- Plan & Strategy For sellers: pricing analysis, marketing plan, timeline. For buyers: pre-approval intro, search criteria, neighbourhood priorities.
- Active Engagement Weekly check-ins minimum, often more. Real updates, not "everything's fine!" emails. You always know where things stand.
- Negotiation We do the hard conversations so you don't have to. Strategy on price, conditions, and closing terms.
- Closing & Beyond Coordinating with your lawyer and lender, handling the moving parts, making sure nothing falls through the cracks. After closing, we're still your real estate person — for years.
